Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in B2C sales to drive customer acquisition, business development, and market expansion.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the logistics, courier, aggregator, or e-commerce industry. Candidates with experience in international courier services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business leads through various channels.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with B2C clients.
- Conduct client visits and understand customer requirements.
- Present and negotiate business proposals with prospective clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business expansion.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in B2C sales/business development.
- Mandatory experience in logistics, courier, aggregator, or e-commerce.
- Experience with an international courier company will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
