Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to manage and oversee our manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and managing the production team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities in the factory
- Ensure production targets are met on time
- Maintain quality standards of products (Kasuri Methi & Jeera)
- Manage and guide workers on the production floor
- Monitor machinery and ensure proper usage
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle inventory and raw material management
- Report daily production updates to management

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing
- Positive leadership and team management skills
- Basic understanding of production processes
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality

Calling Hours - 05:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Afternoon)
