- Manage global HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations in India.
- Oversee employee life cycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality services related to employee perks administration.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Global HR Compliance & Statutory Compliance role.
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations governing employment practices.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects related to HRMS implementation and maintenance.
