Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
- Conduct preliminary screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
- Shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements and present them to the hiring manager for further evaluation.
- Follow up with both clients and candidates until placements are made.
