Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Director Planning & Development with strong hands-on experience in civil construction and contracting to lead large-scale projects from excavation and foundation through execution, finishing, commissioning, and handover.

The candidate must have robust exposure to tendering, contract management, budgeting, project planning, government liaisoning, construction safety, quality, and end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end civil construction project planning and execution from excavation to handover.
- Manage tendering, BOQ, estimation, contractor evaluation, negotiations, and finalization.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, cash flow, cost control, and variations.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and vendors.
- Oversee RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP coordination.
- Monitor schedules, project progress, critical paths, and recovery plans.
- Handle government liaisoning, statutory approvals, NOCs, and completion/occupancy requirements.
- Ensure EHS, construction safety, quality,



and statutory compliance.
- Drive project MIS, risk management, resource optimization, and value engineering.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple project sites.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 20–25 years of experience in Civil Construction, Contracting, EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, or Institutional Projects.
- Mandatory contracting/construction company experience.
- Proven experience in tendering and contract management.
- Must have completed projects from excavation/foundation to execution and handover.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, estimation, BOQ, cost control, cash flow, and quantity/variation management.
- Experience/knowledge of government liaisoning and statutory approvals.
- Strong understanding of construction safety, EHS, and quality control.
- Knowledge of STPL and its relevance to construction/project execution.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Solid knowledge of RCC, structural works, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP coordination.
