Role Purpose

To ensure zero production loss due to machine or assembly line breakdowns by maintaining equipment reliability, executing preventive maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational excellence.

KPIs:

- Breakdown and machine stoppage hours/frequency.
- MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve assembly line equipment performance and reliability.
- Minimize breakdowns through preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Lead productivity and quality improvement initiatives.
- Implement Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, and process improvement projects.
- Ensure audit readiness and timely closure of all compliance observations.
- Drive continuous improvement culture across manufacturing operations.
