- Candidate should be either semi-qualified CA drop out or qualified CA 2-4 years of experience, post CA qualification is mandatory.
- Previous experience should be with analysis and evaluation of pre-IPO deals, M&A;, fundraising, or investment opportunities.
- Candidate should have experience managing, tracking, and monitoring multiple deal pipeline, investor interest, and transaction progress.
- Robust written and verbal communication is mandatory with good relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Previous exposure to a mid-office role is preferred.
- Industry: Merchant banking, Investment Banking or Credit Rating companies.
