Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Experience with SharePoint Online architecture, customization, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SharePoint Online and associated services.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.

- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
