Job Responsibilities:
 Source vendors and suppliers.
 Negotiate prices and payment terms.
 Raise Purchase Orders (PO).
 Compare quotations and prepare cost sheets.
 Coordinate material delivery to sites.
 Maintain vendor database.
 Control procurement cost.

Skills Required:
 Vendor management
 Price negotiation
 Procurement process
 Excel & ERP knowledge
 Interior materials knowledge (plywood, laminate, hardware, glass, electricals)
