Key Responsibilities
- Handle purchase of medical, non-medical, consumable and general items.
- Process purchase requisitions, quotations, comparative statements and POs.
- Source and negotiate with vendors for best price, quality and delivery.
- Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Stores, Pharmacy, Accounts and user departments.
- Verify quotations, invoices, delivery challans and purchase documents.
- Maintain vendor records, rate contracts and purchase documentation.
- Monitor pending orders and urgent requirements.
- Support inventory planning and cost-control initiatives.
- Prepare purchase-related MIS and reports.
