Primary Responsibilities:

Floor set up

a) Plannogram Communication To ensure availability of updated and approved Plannogram
b) Floor presentation compliance
c) Communicating, maintaining and replenishing the VM Plan.
d) Coordination with concerned departments for upkeep and maintenance of the floor.
e) Boost Conversion
f) Improve Stockturns
g) Section wise Manpower allocation as required
h) Customer Retention
i) Align Visual Merchandise to Sales plans to boost sales

Manpower Effectiveness

a) Effective allocation of manpower through team roasters.
b) Ensuring manpower availability on the floor and cash tills at all times.
c) Communication of all updates wrt product, process, offers to the team
d) Providing valid training inputs for effectiveness of the team in the current role and to prepare them for future roles.

Inventory Management

a) Strategizing procurement and display of fast movers.
b) Ensuring all processes wrt inventory control is adhered to at all times.
c) Timely closure of PICS as per schedule.
d) Tracking and controlling shrinkage.

Customer Service

a) Customer assistance management
b) Seeking feedback actively
c) Active interface with the customers and detailed feedbacks to be taken for area of improvement.





Setting and achieving the sales objectives

a) Focus on maximisation of Private brands sales.
b) Developing sales plan to achieve the targets
c) Communicating the plan and targets
d) Monitoring of the targets
e) Feedback to Merchandisers

Increasing Loyalty Base

a) Maximizing the first citizen enrollments

Competition Survey

a) Awareness about the new trends to benchmark competition vis ? vis SSL.
