Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage project sales activities from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in Project & Sales Management or related field.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Solid understanding of industrial automation products/services industry; knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic) an asset.
