We are looking for a motivated individual to join our expanding foundation and support social research, fieldwork, data collection, community engagement, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits, surveys, interviews, and data collection.
- Support research and community-based projects.
- Organize and document field data and prepare reports.
- Assist with community outreach and stakeholder coordination.
- Support project documentation and other foundation activities.

Who Can Apply?

- BSW/MSW, Sociology, Psychology, Development Studies, Public Health, or related graduates.
- Freshers with a solid interest in research,



data collection, and social work are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, documentation, and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to undertake fieldwork.
- Malayalam proficiency required; English preferred.
