We are looking for a friendly, professional, and energetic Front Desk Executive to manage the gym reception, assist members, handle enquiries, and support the daily operations of AU FITNESS. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet members and visitors professionally.
- Handle membership enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Explain gym memberships, plans, facilities, and offers to prospective members.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into memberships.
- Manage new member registrations and membership renewals.
- Maintain accurate member records and attendance.
- Handle reception calls and messages promptly.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding member requirements.
- Inform members about gym rules, timings, offers, and upcoming activities.
- Handle basic billing/payment records and issue receipts when required.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized reception area.




- Handle member complaints politely and report major issues to management.
- Assist management with daily administrative work and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of member information.
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day gym operations.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
- Basic computer knowledge — MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, email, etc.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Positive Hindi and English communication; Marathi preferred.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, sales, or gym/fitness industry is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Additional: Performance incentives may be provided based on membership sales and lead conversion.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
