- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.
- Manage HR operations, including payroll processing, statutory compliance, and labour law adherence.
- Oversee performance management systems, talent development programs, and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication with employees at all levels through regular town hall meetings and other engagement activities.
Job Requirements :
- 10-18 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
- Solid understanding of HRBP.
- Proven track record in managing HR generalist activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training & development.
