Job Title: Legal Executive ( Contracts & Legal Operations)

Key Responsibilities

- Review and manage commercial contracts, sales agreements and NDAs.
- Assist in contract drafting, review and negotiation.
- Identify and escalate high-risk/non-standard clauses.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders.
- Manage e-signatures and contract repository.
- Support corporate legal documentation, compliance and legal research.

Desired Profile

- LLB from a recognized university.
- 34 years of experience in Contract Review / Legal Operations.
- IT/Software/SaaS/Technology company experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of commercial contracts, NDAs and corporate documentation.
- Solid drafting, communication and attention-to-detail skills.
- Knowledge of DocuSign/Adobe Sign preferred.
