Job Purpose:

Translate business needs into technical requirements

Recent implementation and enhancements

Analyze application, process gaps & facilitate solutions

Manage end to end business tech transformation

Job Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis: Participate in business discussions, understand requirements, review FSD, and propose feasible solutions with reference to current system implementation.

Documentation, Communication & Collaboration: Document details in BRD, prepare end-to-end process journey, arrange signoffs, prepare FPN, communicate requirements to development team/vendor, ensure project progress is documented (PPM/JIRA) and communicated, ensure projects are on track.

Testing: Understand test scenarios, prepare traceability (BRD/FSD using JIRA/Zephyr), prepare test cases/plans, ensure testing is performed as per schedule, report/resolve bugs during UAT, ensure post-implementation testing, perform continuous control self-assessment,



and track/monitor ITPP changes.

Quality and documentation: Ensure ITPP is followed, perform daily control checks, monitor/track business/audit queries, and share daily/weekly process reports.

Training and Production movement: Document/share training modules, conduct training for business users/stakeholders, perform PIR after live enhancement, and provide Level 2 support for production issues.

Improvements: Identify grey areas, provide recommendations, and continuously discuss with users to identify improvement areas based on industry benchmarking and trends.

Educational Qualifications:

BE / BTech / BCom/ B.Sc/BCA / MCA

Key Skills:

Proven Business Analyst experience

Domain Knowledge

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills presentation skills

Requirements gathering, process modelling, documentation

SDLC, Agile methodologies, tools experience preferred

Data analysis techniques, tools a plus

Experience Required:

3to 8 years of experience

Banking exposure preferable

Major Stakeholders:

Internal: IT, BSG , Audit, Compliance, Business Users, ISG, Operations

External: Applications vendors, External audit
