Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with existing clients.
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers to ensure retention and upselling/cross-selling of personal loan products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in field sales or related roles (e.g., credit card sales, insurance sales).
- Robust understanding of personal loans, unsecured loans, and other financial services.
- Proven track record in generating leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers.
