Job Description: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) - Unity Small Finance Bank

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs

Role Objective:-

Provide backend and virtual support to banking customers. Manage client relationships through digital channels to maximize satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone and email.
- Assist customers with banking products, transactions, and account resolutions.
- Update and maintain accurate customer interaction logs in the CRM.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products to existing clients.
- Adhere strictly to RBI regulations and internal banking guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:-

- Education: Graduation degree is mandatory.
- Experience:



Minimum 1 year of VRM experience within the Banking or BFSI sector.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English, meeting Versant Score 5 standards.
- Skills: Solid relationship management and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation:-

- CTC: Upto 4 LPA

2. Round 2: Operations Interview (Face-to-Face)
3. Round 3: Client Final Interview (Face-to-Face)
