Role & responsibilities

- Execute offshore hydrographic, geophysical and positioning surveys.
- Operate and maintain survey equipment and systems.
- Perform data acquisition, processing and quality checks.
- Conduct DGPS/RTK, multibeam, single-beam and side-scan sonar surveys.
- Prepare survey logs, reports, drawings and deliverables.
- Ensure accurate positioning and survey data collection.
- Coordinate with vessel crew, project teams and clients offshore.
- Troubleshoot survey equipment and resolve operational issues.
- Follow project procedures, HSE requirements and offshore safety standards.
- Support survey mobilization, calibration and equipment testing.
- Maintain daily progress and equipment records.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of survey deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

- Degree/Diploma in Surveying, Civil, Geomatics,



Marine or related field.
- 25 years of experience in offshore/marine surveying preferred.
- Hands-on experience with DGPS/RTK, MBES, SBES and Side Scan Sonar.
- Knowledge of QINSy, EIVA, HYPACK, AutoCAD/GIS is an advantage.
- Good understanding of survey data acquisition, processing and QC.
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with offshore HSE and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work offshore on rotational assignments.
- Candidates with experience in hydrographic, geophysical or subsea surveys will be preferred.
