Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the Treasury team to create Co-lending, Direct Assignment (DA), and Securitization pools, portfolio cuts, and static pools, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary, responsive point of contact for the Treasury team to resolve queries related to loan-level data cuts and pool analytics.
- Apply a structured approach to validate data integrity, run cross-checks, and ensure robust control standards across large financial datasets.
- Analyze portfolio trends, historical performance, and static pool cash flows to provide insightful analytics for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.E/BTech/MSc/BCA
- 2 years of experience in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Python, with proven comfort working with large, complex loan-level datasets.
- Working knowledge of lending terminology, securitization processes, and retail/SME portfolio metrics.
- Robust written and oral communication skills to coordinate effectively across internal teams and stakeholders.
- Sharp analytical thinking with a high focus on data accuracy and quality control.
