Team Lead NRI Desk

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of NRI Dealers/Relationship Managers to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Drive team performance in trading, delivery, brokerage revenue, and cross-selling of financial products.
- Monitor market trends, technical and fundamental research, and ensure quality investment ideas are communicated to NRI clients.
- Support the team in advising clients on equity markets and derivative strategies.
- Develop strategies to activate dormant clients and improve engagement with existing active clients.
- Drive acquisition of new NRI clients through references, networking, and existing client relationships.
- Conduct regular client meetings, regional visits, seminars, and business development activities.
- Ensure cross-selling of products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, Structured Products, and other group offerings.
- Review team MIS, business performance, productivity, and revenue on a regular basis.
- Ensure all business activities are conducted within the approved RMS, Compliance, and internal policies.




- Act as a playing captain by managing key clients and contributing directly to business while leading the team.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Banking, Broking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets.
- Experience in managing NRI clients and their investment portfolios/AUM.
- Prior experience in team handling or leadership will be preferred.

Functional / Technical Skills:

- Solid knowledge of Capital Markets and Equity Products
- Technical & Fundamental Market Understanding
- Portfolio Management and Financial Planning
- Knowledge of Derivative Strategies
- Business Development and Revenue Management
