Qualification B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) Mandatory /

Preferred/ M.Arch

Experience 8-15 Years

Working time and days - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm /6 days working

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Issuance of Drawings, addressing all queries related to design
- Coordinate and resolve queries related to drawings
- Ensure all GFC's are received timely
- Coordinate with all consultants for design details
- Coordinate & conduct for weekly design Review meetings
- Develop and implement project designs, plans, and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, engineers and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project timelines, budget and quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Robust design & technical skills.
- High proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High problem solving and analytical thinking




- Candidate should have good experience in high rise buildings.
