Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Design Lead with deep functional expertise and strong solutiondesign capabilities. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in leading EC implementations, driving architectural decisions, and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Conduct requirementgathering workshops and translate business needs into robust EC configurations.
- Own the overall EC architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations.
- Design and configure EC objects including Position Management, Business Rules, Event Derivations, MDF Objects, and Foundation Objects.
- Ensure seamless integration of EC with other SF modules and thirdparty systems (Payroll, Onboarding, Time, etc.).
- Review functional specifications and guide technical teams on integrations, Data Migration, and API usage.
- Lead UAT cycles, coordinate defect resolution, and ensure successful deployment.
- Create and maintain design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and solution blueprints.




- Provide expert-level support for complex issues and guide junior consultants in solution design.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, data governance, compliance, and client standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1013 years of total experience, with minimum 10 years in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Must have robust hands-on experience in Employee Central with at least 2+ end-to-end implementations.
- Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification is mandatory.
- Expertise in:
- MDF Configuration
- Business Rules & Workflows
- Data Models (Corporate, Succession, and Country-Specific Data Models)
- Position Management
- Time Off configuration (preferred)
- EC-Payroll and EC-Onboarding knowledge (added advantage)

- Strong understanding of global HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and clientfacing skills.
