Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- B2B Strategy & Brand Positioning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position SK Agrofood Tech as the preferred flexible packaging partner for major FMCG, food, and pharma brands.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential corporate clients, map decision-makers, and run targeted outreach campaigns to generate high-quality business leads.
- Collateral & Product Marketing: Create compelling product catalogs, technical datasheets, and presentations highlighting our packaging innovations (barrier properties, sustainability, food-grade safety).
- Exhibitions & Events: Plan and anchor the companys participation in major industrial trade shows, corporate expos, and packaging exhibitions to drive brand awareness and network.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous research on emerging flexible packaging trends, competitor pricing, and evolving client requirements to guide our R&D; and sales teams.
- Digital Presence: Manage the corporate website, LinkedIn company page,



and online B2B directory listings (IndiaMART, TradeIndia) to maximize inbound corporate inquiries.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of core B2B marketing experience. Prior experience in the Flexible Packaging, Printing, Polymers, or FMCG/B2B Industrial sector is mandatory.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, data-driven mindset, and strong networking capability with corporate procurement teams.
- Attributes: Highly creative, energetic, self-driven, and capable of working independently to turn strategy into measurable business growth.
