Assistant Engineer – Concrete & Brick Work

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Engineer – Concrete & Brick Work to supervise and manage construction activities at our project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise concrete pouring, mixing, placing and finishing works.
- Monitor brick masonry, block work and related activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Check line, level, alignment and dimensions of masonry work.
- Monitor concrete quality, materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers and site engineers.
- Plan manpower and material requirements for daily activities.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain quality checklists and daily site reports.




- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of relevant construction experience.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Good knowledge of concrete and masonry works.
- Solid site supervision and team coordination skills.

Based on experience and performance
