Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Sourcing

- Plan and execute procurement of raw materials, components, consumables, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
- Prepare RFQs, assess quotations, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) with accurate documentation.

Supply Chain Coordination
- Collaborate with planning, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Track supplier deliveries and proactively resolve delays or supply issues.

Cost & Vendor Management
- Drive cost optimization through negotiations, alternate sourcing, and value engineering.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
- Maintain and update the approved vendor database in line with company standards.
