- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Library Information Science (B.Lib./M.Lib.) or equivalent
- B.Ed./Education qualification preferred
- IB/PYP experience or training preferred

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the Primary School Library, promoting reading culture, supporting inquiry-based learning, and collaborating with teachers to integrate library resources into the IB PYP curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily library operations, resources, and inventory
- Maintain and update print and digital collections
- Support PYP Units of Inquiry through relevant resources
- Develop students reading, research, and information literacy skills
- Conduct library sessions, storytelling, reading programs, and literacy activities
- Guide students in selecting appropriate reading materials
- Collaborate with teachers to support curriculum requirements




- Manage digital resources and promote responsible technology use
- Maintain library records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure a secure, engaging, and student-friendly library environment
