Manage training and capability development for 400+ VRMs across locations.

Plan and execute Induction, Product, Process, Sales Skills Refresher Training programs.

Deliver highly engaging classroom training with robust presentation and facilitation skills.

Identify VRM capability gaps through performance data, assessments and business feedback .

Develop PPTs, training modules, role plays, case studies, assessments, job aids and microlearning content .

Analyze training and business data using MS Excel ; prepare MIS, dashboards and performance trackers.

Partner with business teams to drive VRM productivity, lead generation, conversion and business performance .

Track training effectiveness and translate learning interventions into measurable business outcomes .

Support product launches, campaigns and strategic business initiatives through focused capability interventions.

Conduct assessments,



certifications, coaching and posttraining reinforcement .

Maintain training calendars, coverage, participation, completion and effectiveness reports.

Prior experience in handling/training the VRM or Direct Marketing channel will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, contentbuilding, analytical and stakeholdermanagement skills are essential.

Should be businessoriented, datadriven, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
