Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with large corporate clients across various industries, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their business needs.
- Develop and maintain strong subject matter expertise in areas such as mid-corporate banking, supply chain finance, and working capital management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive account plans that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify current business opportunities through proactive sales efforts and cross-selling initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- 6-14 years of experience in corporate banking or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the small medium enterprise (SME) segment, including its unique challenges and requirements.
- Proven track record in managing complex accounts involving multiple stakeholders and high transaction volumes.
