Our partner company is a dominant force in Asia's AI-Led CX ecosystem, combining robust cloud infrastructure with cutting-edge Conversational AI, is looking Product Support Engineer (L2) Position for their Office at Gurugram / Bengaluru and Mumbai. '

As Product support engineer, you will work in real production environments and gain exposure to:

- Technical side of Conversational AI modules (Voice Bot, Chat Bot, Voice AI)
- OS, Networking and infrastructure
- Cloud platforms and SaaS applications
- Databases and application support

Roles & Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for client-reported issues and onsite technical queries.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
- Monitor system performance and conduct basic capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot proactively to minimize downtime
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.




- Maintain explicit documentation and follow system maintenance best practices Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance platform stability.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 0-1 years in technical or customer support, Freshers can apply.
- Strong knowledge of Linux Operating System,
- Strong Networking Fundamentals.
- Exposure to VoIP, cloud environments, and basic scripting (Bash, Python)
- Strong verbal and written skills for client and internal interactions
