Salary:-
Freshers: 14,500 to 18,000 CTC
Experienced: 16,000 In-Hand to 20,000 CTC
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle customer calls related to insurance renewals.
- Assist customers with renewal-related queries and requirements.
- Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with customers and support timely policy renewals.
- Maintain quality and process compliance.
