Job Summary

Impact Guru Foundation (IGF) is looking for a Manager/ Senior Manager Corporate Fundraising to drive fundraising and strategic partnerships with corporates, foundations, and other institutional stakeholders. The role will focus on building and strengthening relationships, developing fundraising opportunities, managing partnerships, and creating a sustainable pipeline of funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with corporates, foundations, CSR teams, government bodies, and other institutional stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential funders and strategic partners.
- Develop engagement strategies to drive partnership renewals, upgrades, and long-term collaborations.
- Identify and develop current fundraising opportunities aligned with IGF's programs and objectives.
- Manage strategic partnerships and collaborate with internal teams including Programs, Finance, Impact, Digital Marketing, and Content.
- Support the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, events, conferences, seminars, and other donor engagement activities.
- Conduct due diligence on potential partners and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and partnership requirements.
- Facilitate MoUs, agreements,



and other partner communications in coordination with relevant internal teams.
- Work with partners to identify campaign opportunities and develop high-impact fundraising campaigns.
- Ensure timely donor feedback and reporting in coordination with partners and internal teams.
- Monitor fundraising performance, analyse data, and recommend corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Identify opportunities to leverage existing networks and relationships to generate new partnerships and funding opportunities.
- Required Qualifications & Skills

- 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the NGO, CSR, fundraising, or healthcare sector.
- Strong experience in Corporate CSR / Corporate Partnerships / Fundraising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong networking skills with corporates, CSR teams, hospitals, universities, and institutions.
- Good understanding of fundraising and CSR ecosystems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and develop strategies in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to identify new opportunities and convert relationships into meaningful partnerships.
