MIS & Reporting:
- Maintain and track operational MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis,
Circulate Installment trackers.
- Monitor transaction volumes, turnaround times (TAT), pending cases, and service
metrics
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for ETASS reporting
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders including Sales, Underwriting
(UW), and Operations teams. coordinate with sales teams to resolve booking and
servicing queries
