Role & Responsibilities

- Drive business development and enterprise sales for Audio Visual (AV), Unified Communication (UC), and Collaboration solutions across strategic accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and grow relationships with enterprise customers, consultants, architects, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Sell large-ticket AV projects including boardrooms, meeting rooms, auditoriums, command centres, experience centres, and AV-over-IP solutions.
- Cross-sell IT Infrastructure, Networking, Servers, Storage, and Cybersecurity solutions to expand customer engagement.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, manage RFPs/tenders, and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, design, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, market intelligence, and represent the company in client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, AV System Integration, Unified Communications, or Workplace Technology solutions.
- Proven experience in selling Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, Collaboration, and Enterprise Technology solutions.
- Robust understanding of AV systems, Unified Communications, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Servers, Storage, and Cybersecurity solutions.
- Demonstrated success in key account management, solution selling, and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in handling enterprise customers, consultants, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Willing to travel across India for customer meetings and business development activities.
