Job Role:

* Lead and oversee execution of multiple large-scale projects from deployment to completion.

* Define and implement project execution strategies aligned with business objectives.

* Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety norms.

* Monitor project performance through KPIs, MIS, and review mechanisms.

* Drive cross-functional coordination with engineering, procurement, contracts, and finance teams.

* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and statutory/regulatory requirements.

* Lead client interactions, progress reviews, and resolution of execution-related concerns.

* Mentor and develop project leadership teams to build a high-performance culture.

* Support management in forecasting, resource planning, and strategic decision-making.
