JD Overview:

To manage day-to-day VM operations, inventory, procurement and supporting materials required for Partner Jewellers, campaigns and office requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily VM inventory requests and stock updates.
- Maintain accurate records of VM materials, displays, trays and supporting items.
- Track stock issued, available, dispatched and required for Partner Jewellers.
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery of VM materials.
- Manage requirements for printing, packaging, branding and other VM support materials.
- Coordinate procurement of VM-related materials, tools and supporting items.
- Support requirements for lucky-draw gifts, trophies, T-shirts and promotional materials.
- Handle approved office procurement and branding-related requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, production, delivery and follow-ups.




- Maintain purchase, inventory, dispatch and vendor records.
- Support the VM Manager in project-related material and operational requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials required for VM projects and campaigns.
- Prepare regular inventory and operational status reports.

Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in VM operations, inventory, procurement, retail operations or a related field.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple requirements.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with retail/jewellery/marketing materials will be an advantage.
