Tasks :

- Lead the Retail Pharmacy business in the West Region, driving regional sales, profitability, market expansion and business growth.
- Develop and execute region-specific business strategies to increase market penetration, customer reach and outlet network.
- Monitor outlet-level performance, sales, profitability, inventory and operational efficiency, ensuring achievement of business targets.
- Strengthen operational, regulatory and inventory compliance across regional outlets and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Drive current outlet expansion, local market development and strategic partnerships to strengthen the regional presence.
- Lead and develop regional teams, ensuring effective execution, customer service, performance management and achievement of growth objectives.

Requirements

Maximum Age: For Deputy Vice President, 50 years as on 01.08.2026
For Deputy General Manager, 45 years as on 01.08.2026

Basic pay range:
For Deputy Vice President - Rs. 80000 - 220000/-
For Deputy General Manager - Rs.70000 - 200000/-
Gross Salary:
For Deputy Vice President -Rs.168560/- (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
For Deputy General Manager - Rs.147490/- (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Annual CTC:
For Deputy Vice President - Rs.24.61 lakh (Non-Metro)



at the minimum of the scale.
For Deputy General Manager - Rs.21.57 lakh (Non-Metro) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification:

Essential: Graduation in B.Pharm / B.Tech with MBA in Marketing / Operations Management

Post Qualification Experience:

Essential: Minimum 12 years of experience for DGM level and 15 years' experience for DVP level. Proven experience in pharmacy retail, regional sales, multi-outlet supervision, team management, business development, channel or territory management and achievement of revenue and operational targets.

For Deputy Vice President, Candidates from CPSUs shall be holding posts in the scale of pay of Rs. 70000 - 200000 (Revised 2017 Scale) / Rs. 24900 - 50500 (pre-revised 2007 scale) for a minimum period of two years.

For Deputy General Manager, Candidates from CPSUs shall be holding posts in the scale of pay of Rs. 60000 - 180000 (Revised 2017 Scale) / Rs. 24900 - 50500 (pre-revised 2007 scale) for a minimum period of two years.

Desirable: Experience in business expansion, inventory and supply-chain control, regulatory compliance, data-driven performance monitoring, customer-service improvement and leadership of geographically dispersed teams.
