Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. The engineer actively participates in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Service Cloud applications to align with business requirements.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and how to translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
- Familiarity with automation tools and workflows within Salesforce Service Cloud to improve operational efficiency.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.

- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
