Key Skills-
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounts, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- CA Inter / CA qualified will be preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in an NBFC, fintech, lending institution, or financial services
organization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and NBFC operations.
- Understanding of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
