- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues that may impact delivery timelines.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

- Solid analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between business and technical teams.
- Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
- Ability to conduct detailed research and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and facilitating collaborative decision-making.
