- Communication of all updates wrt product, process, offers to the teamd) Providing valid training inputs for effectiveness of the team in the current role and to prepare them for future roles.
Inventory Managementa) Strategizing procurement and display of fast movers.
- Ensuring all processes wrt inventory control is adhered to at all times.
- Timely closure of PICS as per schedule.




- Tracking and controlling shrinkage.

- Customer Servicea) Customer assistance managementb) Seeking feedback actively
- Active interface with the customers and detailed feedbacks to be taken for area of improvement.
Setting and achieving the sales objectivesa) Focus on maximisation of Private brands sales.
