Role : General Manager Production & Plant Operations (Chemical / Precious Metals)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or related discipline

Industry Focus: Specialty Chemicals / Catalysts / Precious Metals / Fine Chemicals

Experience: 15+ years in Chemical, Process, or Precious Metal Refining manufacturing.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Plant & Operations Leadership: Proven experience managing end-to-end plant operations, manufacturing strategy, and large cross-functional teams.
- Safety & Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of Safety, Health, & Environmental (SHE) regulations, risk assessments, and zero-harm safety execution.
- Financial & Cost Control: Solid capability in managing plant budgets, capital expenditure, unit production costs, and overall plant profitability.




- Process Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead Lean Manufacturing, cost reduction, downtime reduction, and capacity utilization initiatives.
- ERP Proficiency: Working experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and data-driven manufacturing execution systems.
