Job Summary

Keystone Real Estate Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sourcing Manager Real Estate to drive mandate acquisition, project sourcing, and developer relationships across Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in real estate sourcing/mandate business, a good understanding of the Mumbai real estate market, and an established network of developers and builders.

Key Responsibilities

- Source residential and commercial real estate projects for mandate business.
- Identify and onboard new developers, builders, and projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and project sales teams.
- Negotiate mandate terms, commercials, inventory, pricing, and business arrangements.
- Identify upcoming projects and new business opportunities through market research.
- Evaluate projects based on location, developer profile, pricing, inventory, and sales potential.
- Coordinate with developers for inventory, pricing, payment plans, project details, and sales support.
- Coordinate internally for smooth project onboarding and launch.
- Prepare project proposals and presentations for internal sales teams.
- Maintain an updated database of developers, projects, inventory, and commercial terms.




- Track project performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly mandate acquisition and sourcing targets.
- Candidate Requirements

- 26 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing, Mandate Business, Business Development, or related roles.
- Strong experience in dealing with developers and builders.
- Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market.
- Strong existing developer/builder network will be an added advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently identify, negotiate, and close mandate opportunities.
- Strong commercial understanding with a target-oriented approach.
- Candidates from Real Estate Channel Partner, Mandate, Developer, or Property Advisory firms will be preferred.
