Role & responsibilities

1. Capital Raising & Structuring

- Lead equity fundraising initiatives, including private placements, strategic investments, and institutional rounds
- Develop and execute capital strategy aligned with company growth plans
- Manage end-to-end fundraising lifecycle, including investor identification, pitch preparation, negotiations, and closure
- Build relationships with PE funds, investment banks, and institutional investors

2. IPO Readiness & Execution

- Drive IPO preparedness, including financial, governance, compliance, and regulatory alignment
- Coordinate with investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators
- Oversee preparation of DRHP / prospectus and related documentation
- Establish internal processes and controls required for a listed environment

3. Investor Relations (Pre- & Post-IPO)

- Develop and execute investor communication strategy
- Serve as the primary interface for investors, analysts, and stakeholders
- Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, and board communication packs
- Ensure consistent messaging aligned with companys financial and strategic narrative

4. Valuation & Strategic Finance

- Lead company valuation exercises using multiple methodologies (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, etc.)
- Support M&A; activities including due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction structuring
- Provide insights on value creation levers and capital allocation decisions
- Develop robust financial models to support strategic initiatives

5. Cash Flow & Liquidity Management





- Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
- Ensure efficient capital deployment and cost of capital optimization
- Efficient upstreaming of Cash from SPVs to the parent company

6. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Alignment

- Collaborate with FP&A; to align financial forecasts with strategic objectives
- Support scenario planning and stress testing for funding and liquidity
- Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization

Key Qualifications & Experience

- MBA (Finance)/ Chartered Accountant / /CFA /or equivalent qualification
- 6 to 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or similar fields
- Proven track record in:
- Equity fundraising/capital markets transactions
- IPO execution or listing readiness
- Investor relations

- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and capital structuring
- Experience dealing with institutional investors, bankers, and regulators
