Performance Marketing Executive E-commerce
Job Summary
We are looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketer to scale revenue for our e-commerce brand through paid ads, retargeting, and conversion optimization. This role is deeply numbers-driven and requires robust execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Shopping, Search Ads, and Meta conversion campaigns
- Optimize product catalogs, creatives, and ad copies
- Run retargeting and abandoned cart campaigns
- Collaborate with operations for offers, pricing, and stock planning
- Improve website conversion rates (CRO)
- Monitor ROAS, AOV, CPA, and revenue attribution
- Launch influencer and marketplace campaigns (Amazon, Flipkart if applicable)
- Analyze funnels from click checkout repeat purchase
