Project Role: Workday Solution Architect

Project Role Description:

Responsible for designing competitive, scalable, and commercially viable Workday solutions for client pursuits. This role partners with sales, delivery, and client stakeholders to develop solution plans, effort estimates, staffing models, pricing assumptions and proposal content that address client business requirements and maximize deal competitiveness.

Must have Skills: Human Capital Management (HCM)- Any technology Workday HCM (preferred, but not mandatory) Exposure to AI based solutions /programs strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze client requirements, RFPs and/or RFIs.
- Develop Workday solution approaches aligned to client objectives
- Create and maintain estimators, staffing plans and solution plans
- Prepare solution content for proposals and client presentations.
- Identify delivery assumptions, dependencies, risks and constraints
- Support deal shaping activities and competitive positioning
- Incorporate automation, best practices and increase winnability of deal
- Collaborate with key stakeholders for solution finalization and reviews
- Leverage and optimize usage of AI




- Drive Staffing reviews and sign-offs
- Support the SOW /contract creation process with delivery team
- Solution closure and handover to delivery team
- Exposure to deal pricing would be added advantage

Technical Experience:

- Experience on HCM domain (implementation or support), Workday experience an advantage
- Experience contributing to solution development and proposal responses
- Good understanding of solutioning tools
- Good understanding of pricing parameters

Professional Attributes:

- Positive communication skills to collaborate with leadership, key stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
- Good in excel , PowerPoint , analytical skills
- Negotiation and stakeholder management

Additional Info : Any technology certification (not mandatory )

Exposure to technology solutioning/pre-sales – Mandatory

OPTIONAL: Workday certification will be an added advantage

Educational Qualification: Engineering Bachelor’s degree (other) from reputed institutes /Masters/ in Management (HCM/Finance)
