Job Description – Skin Therapist

Clinic Name: VK Allure Derma Clinic
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: ECR
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Offs: 4 days per month
Permission: 5 hours per month (as per clinic policy)

Job Summary:

VK Allure Derma Clinic is looking for a dedicated and professional Skin Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare services, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring an excellent client experience while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct client consultations and assess skin concerns to provide appropriate guidance
- Deliver skincare services in accordance with clinic protocols and quality standards
- Assist doctors and senior professionals during procedures when required
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards within the clinic
- Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment and work areas
- Educate clients on general skincare practices and post-service care
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation




- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
- Support front desk coordination, appointment scheduling, and client flow when needed
- Uphold the clinic’s brand image through professional conduct and presentation

Requirements:

- Diploma or Certification in Cosmetology / Skin Therapy or related field
- Prior experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of skincare principles and client handling
- High level of professionalism, hygiene awareness, and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
