- Hands-on experience configuring Now Assist / GenAI for ITSM (enablement + operationalization, not just awareness).
- Strong ServiceNow development/configuration capability for enterprise workflows and automation delivery
- Practical experience with automation/orchestration and ticket-driven execution patterns with auditability
- Working experience with Virtual Agent (design/enhance topics, adoption improvements); Teams integration exposure preferred
- ITIL/ITSM understanding in a ServiceNow-driven operating model (Service Desk interaction model, catalog, knowledge).
Experience & Certifications
- 5-8+ years in ServiceNow development (enterprise workplace preferred
