Key Responsibilities

- Counsel Indian nurses on overseas career opportunities in Germany and working professionals interested in caregiving opportunities in Japan.
- Promote German language training programs and relevant packages.
- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and guide them throughout the process.
- Maintain lead and conversion records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth candidate onboarding.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sales, counselling, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and persuasive approach.
- Good follow-up and client management skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
